January - Canine Companions for Independence marched in the presidential Inaugural Parade, which I was able to photograph. The wake-up call was early, the day was cold, and the wait was long, but the experience was incredible.
January - I caught this photo while waiting to march in the presidential Inaugural Parade. The security fences framed the Capitol perfectly.
January - With my orchestra, I traveled to Germany and Amsterdam. I loved the contrast of building colors in Heidelberg, Germany (pictured) and elsewhere!
January - This photograph is from Amsterdam. Though I had a serious bike accident a few years ago and still prefer not to touch bikes, I find them fascinating photographically.
February - After the snowstorm 'Nemo' hit Princeton, the campus glimmered.
March - The Orange County Hunt Point-to-Point took place on a foggy day - perfect for photographs!
April - My friend Alison asked me to photograph her for her recital photographs.
April - My friend, Julia, directed a production of "Sunday in the Park with George" at Princeton. I was fortunate enough to be given backstage access to one of the dress rehearsals.
April - A number of my friends at Princeton played cricket, and I was fortunate enough to watch them win one of their few home matches!
May - Each year, Princeton students host multiple (!) Holi celebrations.
May - We added a rabbit to the family! Cookie Dough is absolutely adorable.
June - After I graduated, I walked around campus hoping to gain some quiet moments with the place I had to love so much. The arches of Rockefeller College certainly provided serenity.
June - My family hosted the wedding of a family friend.
June - Hosting a wedding requires a lot of set-up, and our dogs liked to help (watch).
June - A very good friend of mine married the love of her life in New York City in June. The wedding itself was incredible, but nothing matches the love felt between these two!
June - While in NYC, I spent one night at a friend's house near Chinatown.
June - I then spent a few days in NYC before interviewing for my new job. I was fortunate enough to spend one night with my cousin and his boyfriend in Brooklyn, where I watched the sun set over Manhattan.
June - Meet the funniest donkey you'll ever see.
June - A family friend invited my mother and I to ride along on her daily carriage exercise.
June - I constantly find interesting photographs while walking around DC.
July - As a birthday present, I attended a Nats game. This was my first game in a very long time, and I'll definitely be going back in the future!
July - We have some great family friends who love jazz, and who love sharing jazz music with others.

September - My family is fortunate enough to be invited annually to a local jazz party hosted at a beautiful, old house.
October - After watching my sister graduate with a new service dog, we drove to Sonoma for a little sightseeing!
October - While in Sonoma County, we visited an old friend of my mother's who now owns a vineyard. The bottle of Littorai wine was delicious!
October - I touched the Pacific for the first time!
October - I love aquariums, so visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium seemed like a natural choice.
October - This photograph was captured from Point Lobos State Reserve as the sun set over a sea lion rock.
October - The Middleburg Fall Races.
October - We found a baby snapping turtle in our pool this fall and rescued it from the chlorine.
October - When my good friend from middle school asked me to photograph her for her voice recital posters, I could not have been more excited! Catching up with Cassie while taking photographs of her was a blast.
October - My sister Christina is one of my favorite (not to mention tolerant) models.
November - There's nothing like being in the right spot at the right time while following the foxhunt.
December - Visiting the National Zoo, I couldn't help but stare at this baby gorilla.
December - Caroline's new service dog, Shelly, wishes you a happy holiday season!
