In early January 2014, a good friend of mine suggested taking photos of the Capitol at night before the scaffolding for construction went up. Born out of that sunset visit was my first project in DC, "DC at Sunset."
Each weekend for the next few months, I will visit a new DC site at sunset. Some of the sites will be familiar - monuments, government buildings, etc. - while some will be more unique. If you have suggestions for sites, please email me at KatherineElginPhotograpy@gmail.com.
